Can I choose what sized turkeys I can order?

All whole turkeys are considered one size (between 12 and 16 lbs). Due to this year’s Supply Chain and Turkey shortage, this size is the availability from our meat suppliers. We also are not offering options of single Turkey Legs, Turkey Breast only, or Sliced Turkey per pound.

How do I reheat my BBQ?

Make sure to transfer items out of the to-go containers and into an oven safe dish. Cover with foil and rewarm in a low temp oven between 250-350°F until the internal temperature is to 165°F. The higher temperature the oven the higher the risk of over-cooking, burning, or drying out the BBQ. We suggest following proper guidelines from your local health department to maintain proper temperatures. Refrigerate leftovers in a clean, airtight container.
